If a Property is listed with an incorrect/obsolete email address it will be removed from the site without notice. If a HTML guide listing returns with an incorrect/obsolete email it will also be deleted without notice.
11.2. Multiple listings of the same Property will result in all listings being deleted.
11.3. Inappropriate listings – Any listing deemed inappropriate by the Agentpoint Pty Ltd Site administrator will be removed without notice. Listings such as Interstate properties or listings deemed morally questionable by the Agentpoint Pty Ltd site administrator will be removed without notice.
11.4. Agentpoint Pty Ltd Reserves the right to remove any site member at any time.
12. Access to password protected and secure areas
Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the Site is restricted to authorised users only. Unauthorised individuals attempting to access these areas of the Site may be subject to prosecution.
